Article 1. Tour price and currency
The tour price is stated in Euros. All sales taxes are included. No ticket may be resold at a price higher than its face value..
All online order, from whatever source, must be paid for in Euros.

Management of the payment system is undertaken on behalf of FCOMFRANCE by Paybox, a company specialized in secure online payments. FCOMFRANCE guarantees the confidentiality of bank details, protected by the SIPS protocol which systematically checks the validity of the right to access during payment by bank card and codes all exchanges so as to ensure total confidentiality.
Article 4. Validation of the order
By clicking on "Validate" at the end of the order implies definite and unconditional acceptance of the order and of these terms and conditions of sale. The information recorded during the ordering process constitutes legal proof of the transaction.
Article 5. Printing tickets at home
Terms and conditions of printing and voucher validity
The voucher is only valid if it is printed by ink-jet or laser printer on both sides of a sheet of blank white A4 paper, No modification of the printing format (vertical) must be made. No other version will be accepted (i.e. on-screen of a laptop, screen capture, etc.).
Vouchers must be printed correctly. If they are only partially printed, or if they are damaged, soiled or illegible, they will not be accepted. If the voucher prints out badly, reprint and follow the instructions on the website carefully. FCOMFRANCE is not responsible for any anomaly that may occur during the printing of vouchers.
Use of the voucher and validity of the ticket
The voucher is non refundable. It is titular and non transferable.
When arriving at the agency, the customer shall present a voucher in his or her name and be prepared to show identification accompanied by a photo (passport, identity card or resident's permit). In return, the desk agent shall validate the voucher .
This voucher must be kept during the whole tour. The ticket may have to be produced for inspection on board.
Article 6. Cancellation and refund
Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded. In case of loss or theft, FCOMFRANCE declines all responsibility.
Under Act n°2004-575 of 21st June 2004, article L 121-20-3 of the consumer code of practice, FCOMFRANCE is responsible for ensuring that the duties and obligations ensuing from this contract shall be carried out.
